沙蒿(Artemisia desertorum)浸提液对自身种子萌发与幼苗生长的化感作用

摘要:

采用生物测定法研究了荒漠植物沙蒿(Artemisia desertorum)浸提液对自身种子萌发与幼苗生长的化感作用。结果表明:(1)沙蒿根、枝叶、枯落物浸提液对自身种子萌发均有抑制作用,且随处理浓度的升高而增强;化感效应由强到弱依次为枝叶、根、枯落物浸提液。(2)根、枝叶浸提液对幼苗生长产生抑制,而枯落物浸提液具有促进作用,主要表现在根干重和根长方面,地上部分中苗干重较为敏感,初步推断沙蒿不同浸提液对自身幼苗生长产生的影响主要以地下根系为主,从而改变其生长状况并影响幼苗干物质积累。(3)沙蒿浸提液对自身幼苗生理指标的影响存在差异,根、枝叶浸提液主要为化感抑制作用;中、低浓度的枯落物浸提液具有促进作用,以保护膜系统效应最为明显,说明对幼苗膜系统的保护可能是沙蒿枯落物化感物质多种效应的生物起点。沙蒿活体植株内存在的化感物质是影响(抑制)自身幼苗生长发育的主要因素,而枯落物腐烂、分解释放的化感物质能为自身幼苗成活提供良好的养分条件,为幼苗生长创造优越的地下微环境,增强其在恶劣生境中的竞争能力,扩大种群并逐渐形成优势群落。

Abstract:

The allelopathic effects of different extracts on seed germination and seedling growth of desert plant Artemisia desertorum were studied by bioassay. The results showed that: (1) The roots, branches, leaves and litters extracts of A. desertorum had inhibitory effects on seed germination, which increased with the increase of treatment concentration; The liquefaction effect of three kinds of extraction is in the order of leaf, root and litter from strong to weak. (2) The root, branchs and leaves extracts were inhibited for the growth of seedlings, while the litter extracts promoted the growth of seedlings, and mainly was performed in the dry weight of roots and root length, the dry weight of seedlings in the aboveground part was more sensitive. It was preliminarily inferred that the effects of different extracts of A. desertorum on the growth of seedlings that were mainly the underground roots, and it changed the growth status and affected the dry matter accumulation of seedlings. (3) Different extracts of A. desertorum had different effects on the physiological indexes of seedlings. The extracts of roots, branches and leaves were mainly allelopathic inhibition. The medium and low concentrations of litter extract had a promoting effect, and the promotion effect of the protective membrane system MDA was the most obvious, indicating that the protection of seedling membrane system might be the biological starting point of various effects of allelochemicals in A. desertorum litter.Comprehensive analysis: allelochemicals existing in living plants of A. desertorum are the main factors that affect (inhibit) the growth and development of its own seedlings, while allelochemicals was released by litter decomposition and decomposition can provide good nutrient conditions for the survival of its own seedlings, creating superior underground microenvironment for seedling growth, enhancing its competitiveness in harsh habitats, expanding its population and gradually forming the superiority community.
