临河至策克铁路防风治沙措施设计方案初步研究

摘要: 临河至策克规划铁路沿途经过著名的巴丹吉林、乌兰布和两大沙漠。在沙漠地区修建铁路,一方面沙漠地区的自然条件十分恶劣,同时又有一些有利因素,如地形开阔、坡度平缓、河流稀少、不占农田等。在铁路规划初步选线过程中,依据修建风沙地区铁路工程的实践经验,以及风沙地区铁路选线设计原则,绕避对铁路危害较大的戈壁风沙流、大风区风沙流及高大流动沙丘,使铁路沙害减轻到最小程度。鉴于本线建成初期的运营状况,在保证运营安全的前提下,减少初期投资,待铁路建成运营后,结合我国沙漠综合治理措施,在工程治沙防护的基础上,分步骤实施植物固沙,从根本上解决铁路沙害问题。

Abstract: The Linhe-Ceke railway under contemplation will pass two famous deserts, Badain Jaran Desert and Wulan Buh Desert. The rigorous natural conditions there are disadvantageous for building railway; however, there are somewhat advantageous conditions, such as wide topography, gentle slope, rare river net and no farmland being occupied. Benefited from the practical experiences of railway engineering and based on the principles of railway route selection in desert area, the initial route selection for railway plan should avoid passing sand calamity areas of gobi sans flow, gale sand flow and moving dune. Whereas the earlier operation situation of this route suggested that the primary investment could be reduced in premise of assuring safe operation; after the railway being constructed the sand calamity along the railway could be basically solved with comprehensive method of biological measure based on engineering measure.
