干旱区土壤有机碳含量与土壤理化性质相关分析

Soil Carbon Contents in Relation to Soil Physicochemical Properties in Arid Regions of China

摘要

干旱区土壤碳库是全球碳库的重要组成部分,在全球碳循环中起着重要作用.本文根据干旱区土壤相关数据资料,分析土壤有机碳与土壤理化性质相关性,为干旱区碳循环提供理论依据.结果表明:土壤有机碳含量与土壤营养成分和交换性阳离子含量呈显著正相关,与土壤pH值和容重呈显著负相关.此外,干旱区土壤也存在相当比例的无机碳,土壤有机碳和无机碳含量呈显著负相关,二者间关系还需要结合母质、生物气候条件、人类活动影响进行进一步说明.

Abstract

The organic carbon (SOC) and inorganic carbon (SIC) compose of soil carbon in terrestrial ecosystems, the amount of SIC in the earth surface is about half of the SOC amount (1 500 Pg), showing that its played important role in global carbon balance, but at present more studies were on the SOC compared to SIC. The determination of the relation in SOC and soil physical-chemical is meaningful and necessary for assessing carbon sequestration. In order to analyses the relationship among soil physical-chemical properties and SOC content, the data from Xinjiang Autonomous Region in northwestern China was collected, and analyzed using correlation and regression method. The finding is that, the SOC has significantly positive correlations with soil nutrients, cation exchange capacity, while soil pH and bulk density has significantly negative correlation with SOC. In addition, SOC and SIC was inversely related. These findings suggest that the processes governing the dynamics of SOC is complex. The differ among eco-regions and strongly interact in land use, farming systems and farming management practices. There are few reliable estimates of the SOC content and SIC content in the soils. Therefore, in the future, we should pay more attention to the relation between SOC and SIC.
