Abstract: Sustainable agriculture is nowadays a new trend of global agriculture development,and its base is the farmland resources' sustainable utilization.To realize the sustainable agriculture,people must carry out farmland resources managemental policy carefully.Based on the investigation of landuse current situation finished in 1992 and the investigation of farmland variation completed in 1996,the paper has summarized the existing main problems of farmland utilization in this area;furthermore,from the view of land management point,has put forward rational proposals to farmland sustainable utilization of this region.
