To investigate the influence of degradation on grassland, we set up three site of different grazing gradient in Stipa krylovii steppe of the Hulunbuir Kerulen basin in Northern China between June and August, and analyzed soil physical, chemical and biological properties of different grazing gradient and different month. The results showed that, on the different grazing intensity, the soil bulk density, pH, effective phosphorus, microbial biomass nitrogen increases with the increase of grazing intensity, soil moisture content, organic matter, total nitrogen and microbial biomass carbon decreases with increasing grazing intensity and soil total phosphorus grazing intensity increased first, then decreased. In monthly the dynamic, the soil bulk density increases with monthly dynamic. Organic matter, total phosphorus, pH of light grazing and microbial biomass carbon of light grazing and heavy grazing decreases with monthly dynamic. soil moisture content of light grazing and heavy grazing in August and soil moisture content of Moderate grazing in June are higher than others. Microbial biomass carbon of Moderate grazing decreased first, then increased with monthly dynamic. Under the influence of grazing, Soil bulk density, moisture content, pH and microbial biomass carbon content has the interaction of time and space. Then it has influence on the soil comprehensive fertility.
