旱獭( Marmota himalayana )掘洞对若尔盖盆地草地沙化的影响

Effects of caves digging by Marmota himalayana on grassland desertification in the Zoige Basin, China

摘要:

若尔盖草原是中国高寒湿地发生大范围沙化的典型地区,喜马拉雅旱獭(Marmota himalayana)造成若尔盖草地主要鼠害,研究旱獭活动与若尔盖草地沙化之间的联系具有重要意义。通过划定研究区域,应用高分辨率无人机影像、数字高程数据、野外调查数据进行综合分析,探究了旱獭掘洞对若尔盖盆地草地沙化的影响。结果表明:沙斑的分布在海拔和坡度上具有明显的规律性,旱獭洞的分布与沙斑在海拔、坡度及坡向上具有高度的相似性。旱獭洞在沙斑内部及其周围和陡坎处呈现聚集现象,旱獭掘洞加剧了陡坎和凹坑边缘向未沙化草地一侧扩展。未沙化草地上的旱獭洞密度最小,随着草地沙化程度加深,并在极重度沙化之前,旱獭洞密度随之增加,当草地退化为流动沙地后,旱獭洞密度迅速减小。

Abstract:

Zoige grassland is a typical area of large-scale desertification of alpine wetland in China, and its desertification causes have always been the focus of research. Marmot is one of the main rodent pests in Zoige grassland. Therefore,it is of great significance to study the relationship between marmot activities and Zoige grassland desertification. High-resolution UAV images,DEM data, and field survey data were used to explore the impacts of marmot caves on grassland desertification in Tangke Town, Zoige County. The following results were obtained through the study. The distribution of sand spots has obvious regularity in altitude and slope. And the distribution of marmot cave is highly similar to that of sand spots in altitude,slope and slope. Marmot caves gather inside the sand spots,around the sand spots, and around the ridges. And the burrowing of marmots intensifies the extension of scarps and pit edges to the side of uncultivated grassland. The density of marmot caves on undesertized grasslands is the smallest. As the degree of grassland desertification deepens,and before extreme desertification,the density of marmot caves increases. When grasslands degrade to shifting sandy lands,the density of marmot caves decreases rapidly.
