摘要: 发菜在自然生长和人工培养条件下,以纵裂的方式进行繁殖,生长和分裂通常同步进行。发菜在生长的同时,藻体增粗、伸长变宽呈带状。在带形发菜上有明显的分裂线,在适宜的条件下,分裂线从发菜的先端或中部分裂出新的纤细的发菜子体。新的发菜子体逐渐发育为成熟发菜。

Abstract: Hair-like vegetable (Nostoc flageUiforme) is breeding in longitudinal split under condition of natural growth and artificial culture. Growth and division are usually in progress at the same time. Algae become thickness and length while hair-like vegetable grows. There are obviously divisional lines in hair-like vegetable which is as belt shape. In a suitable condition, the divisional lines will divide into new slender filiform algae from tip or middle part of hair-like vegetable, it is the filial generation of hair-like vegetable. One hair-like vegetable can divide into several or dozens new hair-like vegetable, and the most part will divide into two or three, the minority will divide into ten and over. New filial generation of hair-like vegetable will gradually grow up to be mature hair-like vegetable.
