应用Mehlich3浸提剂提取风沙土中速效磷、速效钾的条件实验

STUDY ON DETERMINING CONDITIONS OF AVAILABLE P AND K WITH MEHLICH3 REAGENT IN EOLIAN SAND SOIL

摘要: 应用正交实验法研究了Mehlich3试剂测定风沙土中速效磷、速效钾的适宜条件,并以Olson法(测磷)、NH4OAC法(测钾)为标准对所确定的条件进行了检验,结果表明:浸提剂:沙样为10:1,浸提温度为常温,震荡时间为5 min适宜于待测容液的提取。用钼锑法测定待测溶液中的磷,适宜的显色酸度为0.55 mol/L 1/2H2SO4条件下测定结果与参比法测定结果显著相关;且精密度高、提取量多,是一种适宜风沙土测定的通用浸提剂。

Abstract: This paper studied the appropriate conditions of determining available P and K with mehlich3 reagent by orthogonal design experiment method in eolian sand soil and tested determinative condition by Olsen method(determine P) and NH4OAC method(determine K) respectively.Results showed that appropriate condition of extracting solution used for measuring available P and K was that extractent:soil ratio was 10:1,working temperature 25℃ and shake time 5 min,It was 0.55 mol/L 1/2 H2SO4 that reached an appropriate discharge-color acidity of determining P by Molybdophosphoric Blue Color method in solution.Under these conditions the determined results with Mehlich 3 method were not only remarkably related to contrast method,but also had a higher precision,more extract and more extensive applicable range.Therefore,Mehlich3 extractent is an universal extractent of determining available P and K of eolian sand soil.
