沙坡头地区固定沙丘结皮层藓类植物的繁殖和生长特性研究

Characteristics of Reproduction and Growth of Mosses in the Soil Crust of Fixed Dunes in Shapotou Area

摘要: 采用撒茎法和分株法2种栽培法培养藓类植物,实验结果表明:①新生枝和原丝体在老茎上反复产生,由原丝体产生配子托;②新生枝和配子托发育成正常的植物体;③生长速率测定表明在培土试验条件下植物体每天增长0.33~0.34mm。研究为固定沙丘结皮层中藓类植物的繁殖和生长提供了实验依据。

Abstract: Experiment on two patterns of cultivation including broadcast plantling and offshoots were conducted,the results showed that①the innovations and protonema are repeated regenerating on the old stems and the gametophores formed on protonema;②these innovations and gametophores developed into normal plants;③the determination of growth rate showed an increase of 0.33~0.34 mm·d-1 in the hilling experiment condition.The research provided the evidence of experiment for the reproduction and growth of mosses in soil crust of fixed dues.Key words:characteristic of reproduction and growth;broadcast plantling;offshoots;growth rate;mosses
