黄土高原小流域雨水利用环境效应评价的方法与指标体系

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 依据雨水利用的理论基础,分析了雨水利用系统的组成,从生态、经济和社会3方面建立了雨水利用环境效应评价指标体系,以及构建指标体系的程序、方法、原则、结构和内容。并且给出了相关指标的计算方法。在不同尺度上,评价的主导因素不同。依据这一特点和层次分析理论,提出了雨水利用环境效应评价过程。

Abstract: According to the rainwater utilization theory and having analyzed the makeup of rainwater utilization system, this paper has established a index system for evaluating the environmental benefit of rainwater utilization from ecology and economy and society aspects, has also detailed the systems constituting program, method, principle, structure and the contents. Besides, the calculation methods of the pertinent indexes were presented. The dominant factor of the assessment is different on different scales. Based on this trait and analytic hierarchy process theory, this paper has proposed the evaluating process of environmental benefit from rainwater utilization.
