论西北干旱气候的若干问题

摘要: 在考虑干旱气候系统的前提之下,总结了西北干旱气候的形成和演化规律,对西北干旱气候的预测理论和方法作了一些定性讨论。初步提出了西北气候干旱化的一些基本对策,特别强调了开发绿洲气候资源和提高西北水资源利用效率在干旱化对策中的作用。粗略估计了当前可实现的干旱化对策措施对西北水资源供求矛盾的缓解能力。指出了研究我国西北干旱气候系统所面临的困难和存在的不足,以及今后需要重点研究的科学问题。

Abstract: In this paper,on the premise that the arid climate system of northwest China is considered,the law of origination and evolution of northwest arid climate is summarized;the prediction theory and method of northwest arid climate,and the relationship between regional climate change and human behavior are qualitatively discussed to some extent.And some countermeasures of drought of northwest arid climate are raised,especially,among the countermeasures,the exploiting climate resources of oases and improving the utility of northwest water resources are emphasized.Then the ability to alleviate the conflict between supply and requirement of northwest water resources are roughly estimated.Finally,the difficulties that are faced,and the insufficiency that arises at present in studies of northwest arid climate system,as well as the focal issues which need to be studied are pointed out.
