尼龙网栅栏防沙效应的风洞模拟实验

Simulation Experiments on Sand-Arresting Effect of Nylon Net Fence in Wind Tunnel

摘要: 通过尼龙网栅栏防风沙效应的风洞模拟实验,发现采用尼龙网制成的栅栏,其作用兼有疏透和通风两种形式,是一种比木质栅栏更优良的新材料,其最佳孔隙度为40%~45%,保护区达30H以上。其积沙效率在中速时超过70%,在特大风时也超过50%。同时,尼龙网栅栏具有一定的导沙性能,其临界角约为45°。如果超过45°,导沙效率将降低。

Abstract: Simulation experiments on sand-arresting effect of nylon net fence demonstrated that nylon net whose permeable ranging rate from 40%~50% can effectively protect the downward area up to 30 times the height of the fence. Under a moderate wind velocity condition over 70% of blowing sand can be arrested and under an extre me strong wind velocity condition about 50% of blowing sand can be arrested. In addition, the nylon net fence also shows a sand character. Its threshold angle is 45° and beyond this range will reduce the sand diversion rate.
