Abstract:

This study explores the interactive relationship between the main participants of industrial poverty alleviation and its influencing factors and explains the theoretical mechanism of industrial poverty alleviation and rural revitalization， analyzed Deqingyuan golden rooster industry poverty alleviation model， and futher summarized the relevant poverty alleviation experience and its lessons for rural revitalization. The results show that： （1） Industrial poverty alleviation usually involves government， enterprises， assisted farmers， financial institutions / investment management platforms， scientific research institutions and other participants. Its development model is affected by social， economic， geographical， policy and other external factors. Industrial poverty alleviation can effectively integrate local social， economic， cultural， natural， ecological， population and other resources， and promote the revitalization of rural industries， culture， organizations， ecology and talents. （2） Deqingyuan golden rooster project is based on the laying hen industry and builds an industrial poverty alleviation model combining financial capital and leading enterprises. Based on the "three powers" separation of the government， leading enterprises， poor farmers， and poor villages， the poverty alleviation model of asset income was designed according to local conditions to drive the poor to achieve long-term poverty alleviation. （3） The main experience of poverty alleviation in the golden rooster industry includes： improve the consumer poverty alleviation mechanism and adopt various measures to promote efficient docking of production and sales； establish a "long-term" thinking， organically integrate poverty alleviation and multi-dimensional revitalization of rural industries； promote the construction of rural customs and civilization， take multiple measures to enhance human capital； improve supporting facilities to achieve a positive interaction between poverty alleviation and environmental protection； give full play to the role of party building and farmers' cooperatives， and promote industrial poverty alleviation to take root in line with local conditions； build a win-win connection mechanism for multiple subjects to promote long-term poverty alleviation and rural revitalization. The above experience has important implications for rural revitalization.
