Abstract

Abstract: The Fluctuating is a major type of the Ecotone as Boundary Ecotone.Jump change is it's nature.The fluctuating of land productive forces is a scientific and practical index to weakness.High abruptness of climate change and conservatism of Man make up main contradiction between Man-land relation and basic cause for the weak.The amplification which means that the change for yield of grass and food is much larger than that of rain sharpens.
