Abstract: Breeding,managemental and propagating techniques for long-leg and short-tail sheep were discussed in the paper.Intensive raising,developing and managing models were explored in the new ameliorated sandy lands of Yanjin County.A fodder base of combining trees,shrubs and grass and foods,cash crops and forages has been established for developing livestock and increasing feeding scale in sandy lands of Yanjin County.
