Abstract: Sand-hill land is a source of blown sand in semi-arid area.It is also valuable land resources.The characteristics of blown sand are strong wind erosion in spring and reverse change in growth season.This paper have put forward ways of management and exploitation for sand-hill land,such as planting economical plant,developing protected horticulture and visiting agriculture based on constructing artificial shelter-forest system.
