Experimental Study on Wind Profile in Sand Flux

Abstract

Abstract: The author has pointed out the shortage in former research results on wind profile of sand flux,and proposed a new model of wind profile through establishing the wind profiles of sand flux that formed by dune sand and alluvial sand in wind tunnel.The results show that the wind velocity profiles obey the law u=az^b very well,and all of the coefficients surpass 0.95.It was proved by analysis that the results are believable.
