Abstract: Wing bag sand barrier is a combined sand barrier designed according to the bottom bag fixed quicksand and the wings on the bag in the wind to reduce the wind speed. In this experiment, for the windbag sand barrier, the wind speed flow field and sand-fixing effect were simulated under four wind speed conditions. The results show that:(1) Compared with the bag-shaped sand barrier (control):the wind-proof effect of the wing-bag sand barrier increases by an average of 48%, and the greater the wind speed, the more obvious the effect of reducing the wind speed, indicating that the fluctuation of the wing can significantly weaken the wind speed. (2) Compared with the control, the sediment transport of the wing pocket sand barrier was reduced by 81.44% (wing height 10 cm) and 88.92% (wing height 20 cm). (3) The same bag with a diameter of 10 cm, the wind erosion of the wing bag with a wing height of 20 cm is increased by 13.6% compared with the wind speed of 10 cm, and the wind erosion is increased by 19%. The wing bag sand barrier has the function of sand fixation and weakening wind speed, which significantly improves the wind and sand fixation effect of the sand barrier and opens up a new way for sand prevention and control.
