Abstract: The crux of the sandy lands in Huanghuaihai Plain is to develop high production,excellent quality,best efficiency and sustainable agriculture.The author selected sandy lands of Yanjin County,Heinan Province as the study area to research the question.Yanjin County is located on the alluvial plain of Yellow River.There are a lot of sandy lands left after many times flooding of Yellow River.The economy of Yanjin County mainly depends on agriculture and it is relatively poor.On the basis of the conditions about sandy lands of Yanjin,the author made a suggestion of developing agriculture integration.Agriculture integration is a new model of developing agriculture production.It concentrates the production,process and sale as an integral whole.The effects of ecology,economy and society are very notable.In order to develop the agricultural integration of sandy lands in Yanjin County,the author studies the economy structure,agriculture structure etc.On the basis of the statistics of 1990 and 1995,a comprehensive system was set up,in which orchard,husbandry and plant farm are the three main contents in developing agricultural integration.The reasons are following:① developing agricultural integration of orchard,husbandry and plant farm has a lot of favorable conditions that already existed;② the three contents can produce benefits in short time;③ the orchard has enormous effects on ecology,for the fruit trees can cut down the wind speed and decrease the amount of aeolian erosion;④ the husbandry can increase the utilization ratio of forage grass and straws from plant farm,thus it accelerates the cycle of energy and substance;⑤ the plant farm is the basis of the agriculture in sandy lands of Yanjin County;⑥ the comprehensive system has the function of feedback.In a word,developing agricultural integration is an effective pathway to advance the development of economy in Huanghuaihai Plain.
