摘要:

水足迹概念拓宽了传统水资源评价体系的外延和内涵,为水资源可持续利用研究提供了新的思路。本文借鉴水足迹研究的基础,利用联合国粮农组织推荐的CLIMWAT数据库和CROPWAT软件,以甘肃省酒泉、武威、兰州、平凉、天水等地部分农作物生产水足迹的计算为例,构建以合理利用水资源为基础的甘肃省农作物种植结构,倡导最大限度地利用绿水资源,减少蓝水资源过度使用引发的地下水位减退、土壤盐化、水侵蚀或土壤退化等环境问题,为保护环境、节水增效和发展特色农业产业提供新的研究思路。

Abstract:

The concept of water footprint introduced a novel thought on studying the sustainable utilization of water resources. The concept widens both the denotation and connotation of the traditional water resources evaluation system. In this paper, the CLIMWAT database and CROPWAT software, which were recommended by FAO, were used to calculate the crop water footprint in Jiuquan, Wuwei, Lanzhou, Pingliang and Tianshui of Gansu Province; and to construct the crop planting structure on the basis of rational utilization of water resources; to advocate the fully utilization of the green water resources; to minimize the negative environmental impacts of the blue water resources over-usage, the environmental deteriorations include the declination of groundwater level, soil salinization, water erosion and soil degradation. The results thus provide a new approach to study the environmental protection, water conservation and efficiency improvement, and the development of regional special agricultural industries.
