甘肃野生草地早熟禾(Poa pratensis)分布区土壤养分状况

Soil nutrient status of Poa pratensis distribution areas in Gansu, China

摘要:

比较分析了甘肃野生草地早熟禾(Poa pratensis)主要分布区0~30 cm土壤pH及有机质、氮、磷、钾含量,以期为野生草地早熟禾资源的开发利用提供参考依据。结果表明:10个野生草地早熟禾分布区土壤pH及有机质、全氮、碱解氮、全磷、Olsen-P、速效钾含量的平均值分别为7.53 g·kg-1、43.5 g·kg-1、2.18 g·kg-1、121 mg·kg-1、0.734 g·kg-1、2.69 mg·kg-1和302 mg·kg-1;土壤有机质、全氮、碱解氮、Olsen-P的变异系数75%~100%;肃南(SN)和兰州兴隆山(XLS)两地土壤有机质、氮、磷含量较大,显著高于夏河(XH)、渭源(WY)、定西安定区(AD)、清水(QS)、陇西(LX)、康乐(KL)和临洮(LT)等分布区。随土层深度的增加,土壤有机质、全氮、碱解氮和Olsen-P含量逐渐减少,pH和速效钾含量逐渐增大;除钾以外的土壤养分具有表聚现象。草地有机质含量明显高于农田土壤,表现出较强的碳贮存能力。土壤pH与生境地海拔、全磷含量显著负相关(P<0.05),土壤有机质含量与氮素含量极显著正相关(P<0.001),与速效磷含量显著正相关(P<0.05)。10个分布区土壤养分含量可聚类分为两大类。进一步说明草地早熟禾生长适宜的土壤环境比较广泛。

Abstract:

Physicochemical properties of soils (0-30 cm depth) of wild Poa habitats in Gansu Province were investigated to get information on the utilization of this plant species. The results indicated that, the mean pH, contents of soil organic matter, total N, alkali-hydrolysable N, total P, Olsen-P, available K of the soils were 7.53 mg·kg-1, 43.5 g·kg-1, 2.18 g·kg-1, 121 mg·kg-1, 0.734 g·kg-1, 2.69 mg·kg-1 and 302 mg·kg-1, respectively. Coefficients of variance (CV) of soil organic matter, total N, alkali-hydrolysable N and Olsen-P ranged between 75%-100%, indicating substantial variance. Soils of Sunan (SN) and Xinglongshan Mountain (XLS) had abundant organic matter, N and P, contents of these three components were significantly greater than soils of habitats of Xiahe (XH), Weiyuan (WY), Anding District (AD), Qingshui (QS), Longxi (LX), Kangle (KL) and Lingtao (LT). Greater contents of organic matter, total N, alkali-hydrolysable N, total P and Olsen-P, and lower values of pH and available K were observed in the topsoil than in the lower depth. All nutrients exhibited topsoil enrichment except K. The soils of Poa habitats had greater organic matter contents than farmland soils, indicating greater carbon sequestration capacity than farmland soils. Significant correlations were observed between soil pH, habitat elevation and soil total P (P<0.05). Significant correlations between soil organic matter content (P<0.001), and Olsen-P (P<0.05) were found. The soils were clustered into two groups with the nutrient parameters. The results suggest that the Poa grows in habitats with great variance in nutrient status.
