Review on Research of Desertification Mechanism in Hulun Buir Grassland, China

摘要: 综合分析了呼伦贝尔草原沙漠化研究的主要成果。认为该区沙源丰富,是东北地区生态环境最脆弱的地区之一,沙漠化土地面积正在快速增长,沙漠化和生态环境的恶化逐步加剧,沙漠化的主要原因是特定环境条件下不合理的人类活动。认为沙漠化的实质性科学研究仍然不足,且存在纯技术方法难以解决的问题,需要在更宽、更深的领域和层次寻找答案。为此需要对草原生态环境演变,生态保护以及可持续发展开展全方位研究。需要打破传统思维,在资源利用和大型工程建设的全过程实施环境关怀、生态地质环境的重新塑造与建设。还指出了保护土壤植物根系生态系统和钙积层对防止草原风沙活动的重要意义,目前研究中存在的主要问题和下一步努力的方向。

Abstract: Main achievements on the research of desertification of Hulun Buir Grassland are summarized based on the analysis of documents. With rich underlying Epipleistocene sand, the regions ecological environment is vulnerable, and the area of land desertification is increasing fast in recent five decades. The main reason for desertification is believed to be irrational human activities under unfavorable environmental conditions. It is considered that much scientific research is still in need to solve the imminent problem, but not enough. Broad and/or deep sphere exploration, for example in the ideological and cultural levels, is in urgent need to solve the problem at the root. Therefore, it is needed to carry out omnibearing researches on the evolution of ecological environments of grasslands, on the protection of ecology and on sustainable development of human society. Whole course caring, remodeling and reconstruction of environment and ecology is needed in natural resources utilization. Stress should be laid on the importance of soil-root-system protection on grasslands. Some key problems are raised and the directions for further research are proposed.
