西北寒旱区城市生态韧性的水平测度、时空演进与组态路径

摘要:

西北寒旱区城市生态韧性的提升,既关乎西北寒旱区水文平衡与可持续发展,又关乎中国生态安全屏障建设和国土空间开发布局。以西北寒旱区城市生态韧性为研究对象,基于抵抗—适应—恢复三维动态视角构建西北寒旱区城市生态韧性测度框架。在此基础上,利用熵权法对2014—2024年西北寒旱区城市生态韧性展开测度,并采用核密度估计函数与模糊集定性比较分析方法刻画其动态演进及组态路径。结果表明:(1)西北寒旱区城市生态韧性整体水平较低,各维度发展不均衡成为西北寒旱区城市生态韧性提升的瓶颈。(2)当前西北寒旱区城市生态韧性呈两极分化加剧的演进态势,且不同日照时数区之间的韧性差异持续扩大,其中强日照区城市的内部不均衡问题尤为突出。(3)生态韧性并非依赖单一要素的线性叠加,而是存在财政宽松引领模式、技术创新赋能模式、社会需求驱动模式和耦合提升模式4类组态路径。

Abstract:

The improvement of urban ecological resilience in the cold and arid regions of northwest China is not only related to the hydrological balance and sustainable development of the northwest region, but also to China's ecological security pattern and the implementation of major strategies. This article takes urban ecological resilience in the cold and arid region of northwest China as the research object and constructs a measurement framework for urban ecological resilience in the cold and arid region of northwest China based on the three-dimensional dynamic perspective of "resistance-adaptation-recovery". On this basis, the entropy weight method was used to measure urban ecological resilience in the cold and arid regions of northwest China from 2014 to 2024, and the kernel density estimation function and fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis were used to describe its dynamic evolution and configuration path. The results show that: (1) The overall level of urban ecological resilience in the cold and arid regions of northwest China is low, and uneven development in various dimensions has become a key bottleneck that restricts the improvement of ecological resilience in cities in the cold and arid regions of northwest China. (2) The current ecological resilience of cities in the cold and arid regions of northwest China is showing an uneven evolution trend with increasing polarization, and the differences in resilience between different sunshine hours continue to expand. Among them, the internal imbalance problem in cities in areas with strong sunshine is particularly prominent. (3) Ecological resilience does not rely on the linear superposition of a single factor, but there are four configuration paths: fiscal easing leading model, technological innovation empowerment model, social demand-driven model and coupling improvement model.
