高空急流带对甘肃沙尘暴强度的影响

Influence of High-Level Jet Stream to Strong Sandstorms in Gansu, China

摘要: 利用1970—2010年3—5月甘肃41 a的气象资料、Micaps常规资料,按照强沙尘暴天气过程标准,分析研究了48例强沙尘暴过程与高空偏北急流带振荡的关系。结果表明,高空急流带(核)的引导作用,与甘肃强沙尘暴发生、发展、强度以及波及范围有直接的关系,尤其是偏北急流带发展到巴尔喀什湖附近转为“C”型或“L”型流场时,其中短波分裂强冷空气和扰动性急流向甘肃发展,造成春季突发性很强的沙尘暴,甚至出现“黑风”。这种天气过程移速快,影响范围广,生命史短,破坏力极大。

Abstract: The relationships between strong sandstorms and oscillation of high-level jet stream are analyzed by means of the meteorological data during 1970—2010 in Gansu, China. The results show that there is a direct relation between the direction of high-level jet stream and the occurrence, development and influence scope of strong sandstorms. When the high-level jet stream arrives to the Balkhash Lake and converts to "C" or "L" type stream field, the strong cold air and disturbing jet stream develops towards Gansu province, and results in sudden strong sand-storms or even black winds in spring in Gansu province. This kind of weather process has characteristics of fast moving, large influence scope, short life history and great damages.
