农业发展效益评价方法与案例研究

摘要: 塔里木河流域是典型的绿洲农业区,脆弱的生态环境是农业发展的基础,农业的发展也影响着流域的生态环境,两者相互作用。文中首先构建耦合度函数、耦合协调度模型,制定判别标准,并对耦合协调度D值进行分类,然后以塔里木河流域为研究区,建立指标体系,对塔里木河流域农业发展的社会经济效益与生态环境效益耦合协调度进行了分析,并计算了1980—2008年间农业发展效益的耦合协调度。结果表明,流域内农业发展的社会经济-生态环境效益呈现出波动上升过程;而农业发展效益的耦合协调度呈现出平稳上升趋势,但整体协调度较低,且各地州间差异较大,形成南-北分异格局。

Abstract: Tarim River Basin is a typical oasis agricultural area with fragile ecological environment. In this paper, we constructed function and model of economic and ecological benefits coordination degree of agricultural development, and gave assessment indices and classification system. Tarim River Basin was chosen as a study area, and its economic and ecological benefits of agricultural development and their coordination degree during 1980—2008 were calculated and analyzed. Results showed that economic and ecological benefits of agricultural development in the study area presented increase with some fluctuation, and the economic and ecological benefits coordination degree of agricultural development presented continuous increase, while the absolute value was small; economic and ecological benefits coordination degree presented different spatial patterns in south and north parts of the study area.
