Environmental Change of Pedogenesis and Sandstorm Activity in the Midwest of Guanzhong Plain during 11500—3100 a BP

Abstract  Holocene environmental change was the focus of global change research in the past, still is the key and hotspot of present global research. To deeply understand the Holocene environmental change of pedogenesis and sandstorm activity has very important significance in enriching the theory of Holocene environmental change, realizing the sandstorm activities at present, and making people and nature develop harmoniously. Taking the midwest of Guanzhong plain as study region and through studying on the four climate proxies: grain size, magnetic susceptibility, CaCO3 content and pH value, the paper synthetically analyzed its pedogenesis environmental change and the related sandstorms references during 11 500—3 100 a BP.
