骆驼蓬(Peganum harmala)茎叶水浸液对黑果枸杞(Lycium ruthenicum)种子萌发与幼苗生长的化感作用

Allelopathy of Setm-leaf Aqueous Extracts of Peganum harmala to Seed Germination and Seeding Growth of Lycium ruthenicum

摘要: 采用生物测定的方法研究了荒漠植物骆驼蓬(Peganum harmala)对受体植物黑果枸杞(Lycium ruthenicum)种子发芽与幼苗生长的化感作用。结果表明:(1)骆驼蓬茎叶水浸液对黑果枸杞种子萌发和幼苗生长均有抑制作用,且随处理浓度的升高而增强;(2)苗干重和苗鲜重对水浸液作用表现最为敏感,其次为根鲜重和苗高,根长和根干重表现较不敏感;(3)丙二醛含量的综合化感效应指数(IR=34.22)明显大于其他指标,相对电导率也表现出较为敏感的抑制效应,而水浸液对受试植物可溶性蛋白含量的影响最小(IR=0.52)。由此推断,骆驼蓬茎叶水浸液中化感物质多种效应的生物起点可能是对膜系统的伤害。

Abstract: The allelopathy of desert plants Peganum harmala to seed germination and seedling growth of Lycium ruthenicum were studied using biological determination method. The results showed that: (1) Cauline leaf water immersion of P. harmala restricted seed germination and seedling growth of L. ruthenicum, and increased with improving concentration; (2) The seedling dry weight and seedling fresh weight were most sensitive to cauline leaf water immersion of P. harmala in seedling morphological indices, followed by fresh weight of root and seedling height, and root length and root dry weight showed less sensitively; (3) Comprehensive allelopathy index value of malondialdehyde was significantly greater than other indicators(IR=34.22), the cauline leaf water immersion had less impact for soluble protein content of L. ruthenicum(IR=0.52). It followed that biological starting point of allelochemicals multiple effects of cauline leaf water immersion of P. harmala might be the damage of membrane system.
