Abstract: The paper discussed the biological characteristic, introducing and growing seedling techniques of Ephedra sinica Stapf. The effect of raising seedling in experiment was also evaluated. From analyzing research, it was concluded that Ephedra sinica Stapf was a good medicinal resource, so with high developing value. In practice, the method of breeding with membrance cover is suggested to be popularized.
