摘要: 林业建设工程不仅可以保护现有的自然生态系统,而且可以使已破坏的生态系统重建、更新和复壮。甘肃省生态环境建设条件艰苦,任务艰巨,必须将现代理论与先进科学技术用于工程建设。以"3S"系统为代表的新技术和新方法的成功应用为全省林业与生态环境工程建设提供了全新的手段,并给工程建设注入了新的活力,也将为在西部大开发中实现可持续性发展提供保障。

Abstract: Not only can the Forestry and Eco-environment Building Engineering protect the current natural ecosystem, but also can re-build, renew and rejuvenate the destroyed ecosystem. In Gansu Province, the condition of the ecosystem building is poor, and the task is hard, so the modern theory and technique should be used in the program building. The article takes the 3S technique and its composition system as the key technique support in the forestry and eco-environment building in Gansu Province, which can provide theoretical guidance to the implementation of the Forestry Eco-environment Program and the development of the western China.
