Abstract:

Lanzhou lily is a special product of Lanzhou City, Gansu Province, and a national geographical indication product. As an important local economic crop, the suitable area is narrow and the growth cycle is long. In order to obtain better economic benefits, long-term continuous cropping is generally necessary, and its litters are also decomposed on the surface. Litter decomposition is not only the main way of material circulation and nutrient return in the ecosystem, but also an important factor affecting the change of soil micro-ecological environment. In order to further understand the decomposition characteristics of Lanzhou lily litter, the initial mass (carbon, nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, magnesium and lignin) of different organs (leaf, stem, bulb, stem root and root) of Lanzhou lily were measured and the soil physicochemical properties after litter decomposition were analyzed. The decomposition coefficient K was calculated by the residual litter amount, and the correlation analysis was conducted with the initial mass. The results showed that the initial mass and decomposition rate of different organs of Lanzhou lily were different. The decomposition rate of Lanzhou lily litter in Lanzhou is affected by nitrogen, phosphorus, magnesium and other substances, and also produces nutrients such as organic matter, which has a cumulative effect on C, N, P. Significantly changing soil nutrient content and promoting nutrient cycling. These results not only provided experimental basis for the study of the decomposition characteristics of different organs of Lanzhou lily on the material cycle of soil ecosystem, but also provided guidance and reference for the production of Lilium Lanzhou.
