Abstract: The agro-ecological climate that shows the relation of two macrosystems of agriculture and climate and is effected by both human and natural factors,is a dynamic system with complex biophysical mechanisms and biochemistry reactions. Therefore, the agro-ecological climate can be defined as a process of suitability degree for climate to plant growth changing with time.It can be used to synthesize the influences of every climatic factor on crop growth and set up the fuzzy dynamic models of the agro-ecological climate system. This method has the dynamic character and so differs from the traditional method that takes proper values of climatic factors as evaluating indicators. The method may lay the foundation to deepply classify and evaluate agroclimatic resources.By using average data of multiple years from 23 meteorological stations in Ningxia and three dynamic models of agro-ecological climatic suitability degree the author has calculated resource indices Cr,efficiency indices Ce and utility coefficient K,and divided the agro-ecolgical climate resources of Ningxia into three types(included six subtypes) through Fuzzy cluster analyses.Suggestions about exploitation and utilization of the agro-ecological climate resources of Ningxia are put forward.
