乌头酸对兰州百合( Lilium davidii var. unicolor )枯萎病的化感抑制作用

Allelopathic effect of aconitic acid on inhabiting wilt disease in Lanzhou lily

摘要:

乌头酸是兰州百合(Lilium davidii var. unicolor)根系的重要分泌物。为评估乌头酸作为化感抑制剂防治百合枯萎病的可行性,以CK(清水)、F(接菌,无乌头酸)、T(1 000 mg·L-1乌头酸)、T+F(接菌,1 000 mg·L-1乌头酸)处理,探索了乌头酸对兰州百合枯萎病的化感作用效应。尖孢镰刀菌(Fusarium oxysporum)离体培养结果表明,与F处理相比,T+F处理显著降低了尖孢镰刀菌的增殖,减少了尖孢镰刀菌的数量,而且其作用效应有一定的持效性。植株人工接种试验表明,与F处理相比,T+F处理的发病率、病情指数分别显著降低了44.45%、28.21%;T+F处理的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、苯丙胺酸解氨酶(PAL)、过氧化物酶(POD)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)活性、脯氨酸含量比F处理分别显著增加了122.63%、17.49%、45.35%、119.36%、92.59%;与CK相比,T处理的抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)活性、脯氨酸含量比CK分别显著增高了142.58%、52.1%。经主成分分析,不同处理综合指标顺序为CK>T+F>T>F。外源乌头酸可以降低百合枯萎病的发病程度,缓解尖孢镰刀菌对百合植株生长发育的不利影响,具有作为化感抑制剂应用于百合枯萎病防治的可能性。

Abstract:

Aconitous acid is an important root exudate of Lanzhou lily. In order to evaluate the feasibility of aconitic acid as an allelopathic inhibitor for the prevention and treatment of lily wilt, four treatments were designed: CK (clean water treatment), F (bacteriosis, no aconitic acid treatment), T (1 000 mg·L-1 aconitic acid treatment), T+F (bacteriological treatment, 1 000 mg·L-1 aconitic acid treatment), and the allelopathic effect of aconitum acid on Lily wilt in Lanzhou was studied. The ex vivo culture results of Fusarium oxysporum showed that compared with F treatment, T+F treatment significantly reduced the proliferation and number of Fusarium oxysporum, and its effect was effective. Compared with F treatment, the incidence and disease index of T+F treatment were significantly reduced by 44.45% and 28.21%, respectively. The SOD, PAL, POD, PPO activity and proline content of T+F treatment increased significantly by 122.63%, 17.49%, 45.35%, 119.36% and 92.59%, respectively. Compared with CK, the APX activity and proline content of T treatment (1 000 mg·L-1 aconitic acid treatment) were significantly increased by 142.58% and 52.1%, respectively. After principal component analysis, the order of composite indexes for different treatments was: CK>T+F >T >F. In summary, exogenous aconitine acid can reduce the incidence of lily wilt and alleviate the adverse effects of Fusarium acusia on the growth and development of lily plants, and has the possibility of being applied as an allelopathic inhibitor to the prevention and control of lily wilt.
