Abstract:

Under the background of China's “dual-carbon” strategy and energy transition， photovoltaic （PV） tourism， as an emerging form integrating the PV industry with tourism， provides a new pathway for green development in ecologically fragile regions. Using representative case studies from China and other countries， this paper clarifies the concept and core features of PV Tourism and compares how different development models have taken shape. The results show that： （1） Photovoltaic tourism is a composite business form with photovoltaic facilities or technology as the core attraction， featuring both power generation and tourism functions. It has the characteristics of spatial complexity， environmental friendliness and economic empowerment. （2） There are significant differences between photovoltaic tourism at home and abroad： abroad， it mostly shows the characteristics of community participation and market-driven， focusing on landscape integration and ecological science popularization； in China， it is mainly guided by the government and developed by large energy enterprises， focusing on industrial synergy and comprehensive governance in large-scale bases. （3） The development of photovoltaic tourism is a dynamic evolutionary process driven by multiple factors. Based on this， this paper constructs a research framework for the development of photovoltaic tourism， revealing the feedback mechanism among technology， space， experience and governance. On this basis， it puts forward suggestions such as promoting development in a way that suits local conditions， improving the multi-subject participation mechanism and strengthening public service functions.
