不同激素对沙冬青组织培养生芽的影响

THE INFLUENCE OF VARIOUS PHYTOHORMONE ON SPROUTED TISSUE CULTURE OF AMMOPIPTANTHUS MONGOLICUS(MAXIM.) CHENG F.

摘要: 以沙冬青无菌苗茎段为材料,采用MS基本培养基,对6-BA、KT、IBA、GA进行不同浓度和不同配比试验,结果表明:6-BA(1.0mg/L)对芽的分化有利,但不利于芽的伸长生长;KT(0.1mg/L)配合IBA(0.1mg/L)既有利于芽的分化,又可增加芽的伸长生长;GA(1.0mg/L)对芽的伸长生长效果显著。

Abstract: The experiment on tissue culture of A.mongolicus(Maxim.) Cheng F.was conducted with the stem section of sterile plant.On MS basic medium,the results in different phytohormone concentration and proportion showed that:(1)6-BA(1.0 mg/L) favoured the differentiation of sprout but did not favoured its lengthening growth;(2) KT(0.1 mg/L) combined with IBA(0.1 mg/L) is favorable not only for the differentiation but also for the lengthening growth of sprout;(3) GA(1.0 mg/L) could promote sprout to lengthen remarkbly.
