濒危植物沙冬青大田育苗试验

Seeding Experiment of Endangered Species Ammopiptanthus mongolicus Maxim in Field

摘要: 采用对比试验和正交试验研究干旱沙区沙冬青大田育苗的技术措施。结果表明: 沙冬青适宜的播种期为4月下旬到5月上旬之间, 适宜的播种深度为15cm, 适宜的播种量为330kg·hm-2, 理想的水肥适配量为每公顷施肥22500kg, 浇水8次。不同播种期对出苗率及苗木的质量均有显著影响, 采用地膜覆盖床面能显著提高出苗率, 覆土类型对出苗率也有较显著的影响。采用优质壮苗措施, 可使沙冬青一年生苗木的单株鲜重达8.249g, 是对照区单株鲜重(2.763g)的3倍。单纯的浇水对沙冬青苗木的质量无显著影响, 只有采用合理的水肥适配方案, 才能有效提高苗木的质量。

Abstract: Ammopiptanthus mongolicus(Maxim) has been studied on its seeding methods and techniques in the field of arid sandy areas. The results show the suitable sowing date of A. mongolicus is between the end of April and the early May, sowing depth is 1.5 cm, sowing amount is 330 kg·hm-2 and the adaptive fertilization amount matched with 8 irrigation times per year is 22 500 kg·hm-2. The different sowing date as well as covering seedling bed with plastic film affects germination ratio and seedling quality, and the effect of covering plastic film is more obvious than that of covering soil. The fresh biomass of individual, which is 3 times of its comparative sample, was 8.249 g in its first year. Only irrigation is without obvious effects to the seedling quality of A. mongolicus. The rational irrigation matched with fertilization configuration is only the best way for improving seedling quality effectively.
