摘要: 作为典型的内陆河流域,黑河流域历来是研究寒区、旱区水文与水资源的热点地区。水资源是联系该流域生态系统和经济系统的纽带,更是其社会经济环境可持续发展最主要的限制因子。因此,对于黑河流域水资源的研究非常广泛,也取得了很多高水平的研究成果,这些研究内容主要包括:上游产流区的冰雪变化与黑河径流量、黑河出山口径流变化特征及其对气候变化的响应以及径流量的模拟与预测;中下游耗散区的水资源利用状况及对策;同位素、水资源承载力以及水资源管理的理论方法和措施。今后的重点应从流域的宏观尺度,开展黑河流域生态经济的综合研究、生态水文学和水污染问题的研究。

Abstract:

Heihe River Basin has been taken as a typical region and hot spot for scientists to study hydrology and water resources of cold and arid regions. Water resources are not only the bridge between economic sub-system and ecological sub-system, but also the primary limiting factor for the sustainable development in the watershed. Studies on water resources of this region are deep and wide-ranging with great achievements, which mainly include: snow and ice survey and its melting runoff, characteristics on the changes of flows from the mountainous watershed and their response to climate change, the simulation and prediction of stream in the upper reaches; status of water resources utilization and countermeasures in the middle and lower reaches; isotopes, water resources carrying capacity, theoretical methods and measures for water resources management in addition. In a long run, the study emphases in the future should include: comprehensive researches on ecological economy of Heihe River from the view of macroscopic drainage area, eco-hydrology and water pollutions.
