不同沙棘品种对干旱胁迫的生理生化响应

Physiological and Biochemical Response of Six Cultivars of Hippophae rhamnoides to Drought Stress

摘要: 选择6个沙棘品种(中国沙棘、辽阜一号、辽阜二号、浑金、橙色、齐棘),测定了干旱胁迫条件下各品种的光合速率、叶片含水量、临界饱和亏、叶绿素含量、丙二醛含量、游离脯氨酸含量、SOD活性、POD活性、细胞膜相对透性等生理生化指标的变化情况,同时运用隶属函数值法,对6个品种沙棘的抗旱性进行了评价。结果表明,胁迫初期,不同沙棘品种间各生理生化指标值相近;随着干旱胁迫强度的增加,各品种同一指标变化趋势总体相同;在胁迫后期,不同品种沙棘间表现出了较大的差异性。6个品种沙棘抗旱性强弱顺序为:辽阜二号>辽阜一号>中国沙棘>橙色>浑金>齐棘。

Abstract: Photosynthetic rate, leaf water content, critical water saturation deficiecncy, chlorophyll content, malondialdehyde(MDA) content, free proline content, SOD activity, POD activity, and cell membrane permeability of six cultivars of Hippophae rhamnoides, namely LIAOFU 2, LIAOFU 1, Hippophae sinensis, CHENGSE, HUNJIN, QIJI, under drought stress were determined, and drought resistant abilities of the six cultivars of Hippophae rhamnoides were evaluated by making use of membership function. Results show that values of physiological and biochemical indices of the six cultivars are close to each other in the early drought stage, and their change trends are similar with the increase of the stress strength, but there are significant differences among the six cultivars in the severe stress stage. The drought resistance of the six cultivars follows an order: LIAOFU 2>LIAOFU 1>Hippophae sinensis>CHENGSE>HUNJIN>QIJI.
