新疆喀什地区城市化与水资源利用结构变化的关联分析

摘要: 以喀什地区城市化与水资源利用数据为基础,先用一般统计方法,分析喀什地区城市化与水资源利用结构变化的一般特点;在此基础上,采用灰色关联方法分析2002—2008年喀什地区城市化与水资源利用结构之间的关联性。结果表明:①改革开放以来,特别是20世纪90年代以来喀什地区城市化发展迅速;②2002—2008年的6 a间,各种水资源利用类型发生了较明显的变化;农业用水量在总用水量中的比重下降了1.94个百分点,而其他用水类型的比重各呈不同程度的增长趋势;③灰色关联分析表明,喀什地区城市化与水资源利用结构变化之间有显著的关联性,城市化水平、二三产业比重、人均GDP与城乡居民可支配收入等是喀什地区水资源利用结构变化的主要动力因子。针对喀什地区城市化过程的水资源利用结构变化特点,大力推广农业节水新工艺,提高灌溉水利用系数,建立节水型农业结构是农业节水的主要途径。

Abstract: Based on urbanization and water resource data in Kashkar district, this paper analyzed the characteristics of urbanization and water use change, then examined the relationship between urbanization and water use change during 2002—2008 by using of gray relation analysis. The results indicate that: (1) Kashkar district had experienced a rapid urbanization process since Reform and Opening, especially from 1990s; (2) There was an obvious change of water use structure in Kashkar District during 2002—2008, and the ratio of agricultural irrigation water decreased by 1.97% while the ratio of other water use increased at different extent; (3) There was a significant relationship between variation of urbanization and water use structure in Kashkar District by the result of gray relation analysis. Urbanization factors such as urbanization rate, share of non-agricultural industries, per capita GDP and urban residents income are main factors affecting the water use change in Kashkar District. Government should take some measurements to improve water resources use in Kashkar District, such as to spread water-saving irrigation technology, to promote circulating use of urban public water and to enhance water-saving awareness of whole nation, etc.
