多枝柽柳幼苗根际微生物数量与分布对土壤水分变化的响应

Response of the Quantity and Distribution of Microorganisms in the Rhizosphere of Tamarix ramosissima Seedlings to Soil Moisture

摘要: 在塔里木河下游生态与植被恢复监测实验站,对不同灌溉量 (高灌、中灌、低灌) 下多枝柽柳(Tamarix ramosissima)幼苗根际微生物数量进行了研究,并分析了多枝柽柳幼苗根际微生物数量与土壤因子的关系。结果表明,多枝柽柳幼苗根际细菌、放线菌的数量随着灌溉量的增加呈先增加后减少的变化趋势;根际真菌的数量随着灌溉量的增加而逐渐减少;除高灌溉量下根际放线菌数量的季节变化无显著性差异外,3种灌溉量下多枝柽柳幼苗根际细菌、放线菌、真菌数量在不同季节之间均存在着显著的差异;3种灌溉量下多枝柽柳幼苗根际微生物的数量与pH值和全盐均呈负相关性,与全P有显著的正相关性;低灌溉量下柽柳幼苗根际细菌的数量与全P、有效P呈极显著的正相关,与有机质、全N呈显著的正相关。

Abstract: The quantity of microorganism living in the rhizosphere of Tamarix ramosissima seedlings under different irrigation treatments (high, middle and low irrigation quota) were studied, and the relationship between the numbers of microorganism and soil factors was analyzed. Results reveal that the numbers of bacteria and actinomycetes increase first and then decrease with increase of irrigation quota, and the numbers of fungi increase continuously with increase of irrigation quota. There is no significant seasonal variation for numbers of fungi under high irrigation quota treatment, while there are significant seasonal variations for numbers of bacteria, actinomycetes and fungi all other irrigation quota treatments. In all irrigation treatments, significantly negative correlations are observed between microorganism quantity and total salt content, and significantly positive correlations between microorganism quantity and soil pH value, total P content. In the condition of low irrigation quota, very significantly positive correlations are observed between bacteria quantity and total P and available P, and significantly positive correlations are observed between bacteria quantity and organic matter and total N.
