6个地理种群红砂(Reaumuria soongocica)叶片生态解剖特征及抗旱性评价

Comparison in Leaf Eco-anatomical Characteristics and Drought Resistance of six Reaumuria soongocica Populations

摘要:

本文以分布于甘肃省张掖市甘州区(ZYG)、张掖市临泽县(ZYL)、武威市黑山镇(WWH)、武威市扎子沟(WWZ)、兰州市仁寿山(LZR)、兰州市九州台(LZJ) 等6个地理种群的红砂(Reaumuria soongocica)为对象,采用常规石蜡切片方法和光学显微观察方法对其叶片解剖结构进行比较分析。用方差分析和变异系数对各指标的差异性和变异性进行比较,最后利用主成分分析法对6个地理种群红砂进行抗旱评价和比较。结果表明:6个地理种群红砂的各项指标均表现出显著或极显著的种间差异,其中ZYG叶片的直径、角质层厚度、表皮细胞厚度均大于其他5种。叶片直径和角质层厚度最小的均是LZR,而表皮细胞厚度最小的是LZJ。ZYL的CTR最大,而ZYG最小。主成分分析表明,前2个主成分累计贡献率达到87.104%,可基本概括所选指标的主要信息;6个地理种群红砂抗旱综合能力表现为WWZ > ZYG > ZYL > WWH > LZJ > LZR,总体趋势表现为水分条件越差抗旱性越强,这是植物通过自身调节对外部环境条件产生适应的结果;叶片直径,角质层厚度以及表皮细胞厚度这项指标在红砂的抗旱机制中占有重要地位。

Abstract:

This article choose six geographic populations of Reaumuria soongocica in ZhangYe Ganzhou (ZYG), Zhangye Linze (ZYL), Wuwei Heishan (WWH), Wuwei ZhaZi (WWZ), LanZhou Renshoushan (LZR), Lanshou Jiuzhoutai (LZJ) of Gansu. Using the conventional paraffin section method and the optical microscopy method, we compare the R. soongocica leaf anatomical structure. With analysis of variance and variation coefficient, we analyze and compare the difference and variability of the each index, then using the principal component analysis and subordinate function value method, we assess and compare six geographic populations of the R. soongocica and get the superior families. The results showed that: all the indexes of R. soongocica showed significant or extremely significant differences among the six populations, the diameter of the blade, cutin layer thickness, the thickness of the epidermal cells of the ZYG is greater than the other five populations. The diameter of the blade and cutin layer thickness are the smallest in the population of the LZR, the population of the LZJ has the smallest thickness of the epidermal cells. ZYL has the maximum CTR, ZYG has the minimal. Principal component analysis showed that the first two principal components cumulative contribute rate of 87.104%, can be the basic summarized the main information for the selected indicators; the drought comprehensive ability of the six populations of the R. soongocica is WWZ>ZYG>ZYL>WWH>LZJ>LZR, overall characterized by water condition the worse the stronger the drought resistance, it is the plant through their adjustment to adapt to the external environmental conditions results; Leaf blade diameter, cutin layer thickness and thickness of epidermal cells index of the R. soongocica occupies an important place in the drought resistance mechanism.
