兰州秦王川灌区水资源配置分析

摘要: 水资源是干旱区社会经济发展的重要支撑。通过对秦王川区内、区际科学、合理配置水资源措施和手段的分析,以达到使水资源流向合理、流量优化,最大发挥其价值的目的,从而为确保秦王川经济社会的可持续发展奠定了良好的基础。

Abstract: Water resources contribute more to arid area. Based on the analyses of the measures of rationally distributing water resources within region or inter regions in this paper, some goals, such as proper distributing direction, optimum flow volume and effective utilization of water resources are carried out. Thus, a solid foundation of the sustainable development in Qinwangchuan irrigated area can be laid. Main conclusions are as follows: (1) In Qinwangchuan basin, water resources are essential limit to its development. Because of their characteristics, the changes of water resources are complex and sensitive to interference from out world. But according to their flow law, proper distribution of water resources can be carried out for the best result. (2) For agriculture development first, the distribution of water resources should aim at satisfying its needs. So, it's necessary to adjust the structure of agriculture and the distribution of water resources used by crops in the different periods of their growth and follow a water-saving way. Since Yinda project has worked, ripe development of irrigated agriculture in Qinwangchuan will come true in 10~15 years. (3) Yinda project, as main water source, can guarantee water utilization of Qinwangchuan for nearly 20 years on the condition of water-supply design, but because of reduction of water-supply of Datong river, the future situation of water-supply in Qinwangchuan will not be optimistic. By forecast, Qinwangchuan irrigated area will go into a society that water-supply plays a leading role in 30 years. So, since now, we must prepare corresponding measures for preventing water crisis. (4) For economically water utilization, it's innevitable to construct readjusting reservoirs. They, on the one hand, can fill shortage caused by that the distribution of rainfall can't mate coordinately with growth of the crops; on the other hand, they can supply waters for towns in Qinwangchuan.
