尖镰孢菌(Fusarium oxysporum)侵染对枸杞光合和荧光参数的影响

Effects of Infection by Fusarium oxysporum on Photosynthetic and Chlorophyll Fluorescence Parameters of Lycium sp.

摘要: 以西北地区主栽枸杞品种宁杞一号和美洲引进枸杞属植物Lycium exsertum为试验材料,采用伤根接种法接种尖镰孢菌(Fusarium oxysporum),对其叶绿体色素含量、光合作用参数和叶绿素荧光动力学特征的变化进行了研究。结果表明:接种F.oxysporum后,宁杞一号和L.exsertum的叶绿体色素含量均降低,但宁杞一号降低速度更快;宁杞一号净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度和水分利用率大幅下降,而L.exsertum的变化幅度显著小于宁杞一号,与对照基本一致;宁杞一号最大光量子效率(Fm/Fv)、实际光量子效率(ΦPSⅡ)、开放中心捕捉效率(Fm'/Fv')和光化学猝灭效率(qP)大幅下降,非光化学猝灭效率(NPQ)大幅上升,而L.exsertum波动幅度较小,与对照变化相似。L.exsertum叶绿体色素含量、光合作用参数和叶绿素荧光特性受F.oxysporum影响显著小于宁杞一号,维持了较高的光合效率和电子传递速率,对F.oxysporum引起的根腐病有较强的抵抗能力。

Abstract: In this study,Ningqi Ⅰand Lycium exsertum were used as the experimental material. Ningqi Ⅰ is the main planted variety in Northwest China and L. exsertum is a newly introduced American variety. The strong pathogenic F.oxysporum was inoculated by cutting root method. The change of chloroplast pigment content, photosynthetic parameters and chlorophyll fluorescence kinetics were researched. The results showed that the chloroplast pigment of Ningqi Ⅰ degradation rate was faster than L. exsertum; the decrease rate of net photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate, stomatal conductance and water use efficiency of Ningqi Ⅰ was faster than L. exsertum; the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of Ningqi Ⅰ like Fm/Fv, ΦPSⅡ, Fv'/Fm', qP dropped sharply, NPQ increased significantly, but L. exsertum changed in a small range. The results also showed that the change of chloroplast pigment content, photosynthetic parameters and chlorophyll fluorescence kinetics of L. exsertum were smaller than NingqiⅠ. The higher photosynthetic parameters were the physiological basis for stronger resistance F. oxysporum root rot disease.
