连作栽培对兰州百合(Lilium davidii var.unicolor)叶片PSⅡ光化学效率和抗氧化作用的影响

Effect of long-term consecutive cropping on leaf PSⅡ photochemical effecience and antioxidant enzyme activity of lanzhou lily

摘要: 为探究连作栽培对兰州百合(Lilium davidii var. unicolor)生长发育、光合作用和抗氧化生理生态的影响,测定分析了连作0、3、6、9年的共20个样地的兰州百合苗期、盛花期、蒴果成熟期、采收期的12个生长指标和18个叶片光合和抗氧化生理指标的变化。随连作年限的增加,株高、茎粗、叶面积\,生长量显著降低(P<0.05)。鳞茎单重与根冠比、茎粗/株高比、壮苗指数正相关。随连作年限的增加,叶片光合色素含量显著下降,光合荧光参数劣化,叶片超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性下降,渗透调节物质丙二醛(MDA)、脯氨酸(Pro)含量增加,可溶性蛋白含量降低。长期连作造成了逆境生境,引起植株活性氧代谢失调\,PSⅡ光化学效率和光合能力下降植株生长受阻。茎粗/株高比可以作为简便实用的百合植株大田生长状况评价指标。在传统栽培模式下,连续种植2茬以上生产田不宜持续种植百合。

Abstract: This paper was purposed to evaluate the effect of long-term consecutive cropping on Lanzhou lily (Lilium davidii var. unicolor) plant growth and photosynthesis and antioxidant enzyme activity. 12 plant growth indexes and 18 physyological indexes were investigated in different growth stages of the lily cropped in 20 sample fields with 0, 3, 6, 9 years of replanting. The results showed that with the increase of replanting years, plant height, stem diameter, leaf area and aboveground and underground parts weight decreased significantly (P<0.05). In addition, mother buble weight positivly related to the vigorous seedling indexes and root/shoot ratio and stem diameter/plant height rario. By extending the period for replanting, the photosynthetic pigment content in leaves decreased significantly, the photosynthetic fluorescence parameters deteriorated, the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase (POD) and catalase (CAT) decreased, the content of osmotic regulator malondialdehyde (MDA), proline (Pro) increased, and the soluble protein content decreased. The results demonsrated that long-term replanting caused adverse environment, which resulted in plant antioxidant activity metabolism unbalancing, PSⅡ photochemical effecience and photosynthetic efficiency decreasing, therefore, the plant growth declined. Plant stem diameter/plant height ratio can be used as a convenient indicator for evaluation the lily plant growth status at field. The results also suggested that the lily consecutive replant problem would occur so seriously after six years of replanting that the soil is unsuited to replant the lily again.
