Evolution and convergence of ecological efficiency in grassland animal husbandry in the Qilian Mountains in 2004-2023

摘要:

为保证祁连山生态保护,同时满足当地农牧民生产生活需要,本着生态优先、民生为本原则,本文以祁连山横跨甘肃、青海两省的19个县域为研究对象,运用超效率SBM模型测度2004—2023年草地畜牧业生态效率,并结合核密度估计、空间自相关分析、σ收敛与β收敛模型,系统揭示其时序演化、空间集聚与区域收敛特征。结果表明:(1)时序上,生态效率整体呈波动上升趋势,高等效率县域从11个增至17个,2017年后中西部县域效率提升显著。(2)空间上,生态效率呈现显著集聚特征,全局Moran's I指数始终为正且通过1%显著性检验,HH集聚区由东南部向中西部转移,LL集聚集中于自然禀赋较差县域,HL与LH集聚的区域扩散效应不足。(3)收敛性上,全域及西、中部地区存在明显的σ收敛,东部收敛较弱;全域及三大区域均呈现绝对β收敛与条件β收敛,且条件收敛速度快于绝对收敛,整体呈西部>全域>中部>东部。祁连山草地畜牧业生态效率在时空演进中具有明显的集聚与收敛趋势,未来应通过分区引导、强化区域协同,推动生态保护与畜牧业发展的协同提升。

Abstract:

To ensure ecological protection in the Qilian Mountains while meeting the production and living needs of local farmers and herders, and adhering to the principle of "ecology first, people's livelihoods as the foundation", this study evaluates the ecological efficiency of grassland animal husbandry across 19 counties from 2004 to 2023 using the super-efficiency SBM model. Methods including kernel density estimation, spatial autocorrelation, and convergence models are applied to analyze its spatiotemporal evolution. The results indicate that: (1)Ecological efficiency shows a fluctuating upward trend, with a notable increase in central and western counties after 2017. (2)Significant spatial agglomeration is observed, with HH clusters shifting from southeast to central-west, and LL clusters concentrated in areas with poor natural conditions. (3)σ-convergence is evident in the whole region and in western/central areas, while β-convergence occurs across all regions, with conditional convergence being faster than absolute convergence, following the pattern of western >whole>central > eastern. The findings highlight clear agglomeration and convergence trends, suggesting that differentiated zoning and regional coordination are needed to enhance both ecological conservation and livestock production.
