秦王川灌区发展节水农业初探

摘要: 长期以来,我国农业生产中普遍存在水资源利用率低、浪费现象严重等问题。通过对秦王川灌区农业生产和水资源现状的分析,结合灌区实际情况,提出了秦王川灌区要从传统的粗放型灌溉农业转变为节水高效的现代灌溉农业应采取:工程调蓄、田间灌溉技术、现代设施、农艺节水等措施。从而达到引大灌区水资源利用率和总体效益之间的优化配置,最终实现农业可持续发展,走资源节约型高效高产的农业用水之路。

Abstract: Serious problems such as low water use efficiency and high water loss have been existing in the agricultural production in China for a long time. The water resources status and agricultural production situation have been analyzed for Qingwangchuan irrigation region, Gansu province. The actual conditions in the region suggest that measures including reservoir construction, field irrigation techniques, modern facilities and water-saving agronomy etc. should be adopted in the transition from traditional extensive irrigation agriculture to modern irrigation agriculture with high efficiency. These lead to the optimal disposition between the general benefit and the water use efficiency in the irrigation region, help to realize the sustainable development of agriculture and let agriculture step into the road of saving resources, high efficiency and high yield.
