高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)防沙网使用寿命评估

Test and evaluation methods of the useful life for HDPE net sand barriers

摘要: 以实验室及沙漠环境下紫外光和温度为自变量,建立了一种高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)防沙网自然老化与实验室加速老化时间之间的数学关系,以拉伸性能评判方法,得到防沙网的实验室老化试验和寿命评估模式。通过实验室加速老化试验和腾格里沙漠实地铺设试验,研究HDPE防沙网在实验室与沙漠环境中的老化规律,验证了该寿命试验与评估模式的有效性。

Abstract: In order to explore the correlation between artificial accelerated aging and natural aging for HDPE net sand barriers, and establish the mathematical relationship between accelerated aging and natural aging life, this study obtained a pattern of aging test and life evaluation for HDPE net sand barriers in laboratory by analyzing the relationship of ultraviolet light and temperature between laboratory and desert environment. Also, a comparative study on the aging laws of the ordinary and anti-aging treatment net sand barriers in laboratory and desert environment was carried out. The results indicated that the laboratory life prediction model was in good agreement with the field laying data, this provides an effective method to test and evaluate the aging rule and service life of HDPE net sand barriers in specific areas.
