黄河流域数字经济与制造业高质量发展耦合协调及其障碍因子

Coupling and coordination of digital economy and high-quality development of manufacturing industry in the Yellow River Basin and its obstacle factors

摘要:

数字经济与制造业的深度融合是必然趋势,也是推动制造业高质量发展的重要途径。以黄河流域9省(区)为研究对象,构建数字经济与制造业高质量发展指标评价体系,考察2011—2022年黄河流域数字经济与制造业高质量发展的耦合协调关系与动态演变趋势,并通过测算障碍因子,揭示影响耦合协调发展的主要因素。结果表明:(1)黄河流域数字经济与制造业高质量发展水平均呈现上升态势,基于自然断点法并运用ArcGIS制图发现黄河流域各省(区)数字经济与制造业高质量发展水平存在显著差异且空间分布不均衡,高水平区域集中在黄河流域下游。(2)黄河流域数字经济与制造业高质量发展耦合协调度呈上升趋势但总体水平较低,由中级失调改善为轻微失调,中下游区域耦合协调发展较好。(3)通过障碍因子识别发现产业结构高级化、研发人员数以及软件业务收入为主要的二级指标障碍因素,准则层中数字产业发展、产业协调与绿色发展对协调发展的制约最大。因此,推动制造业数字化转型,加快数字经济与制造业协调发展对于黄河流域实现经济增长具有重要意义。

Abstract:

The deep integration of digital economy and manufacturing industry is an inevitable trend, and it is also an important way to promote the high-quality development of manufacturing industry. Taking 9 provinces (autonomous regions) in the Yellow River Basin as the research object, this paper constructs an evaluation index system for the high-quality development of digital economy and manufacturing industry, investigates the coupling and coordination relationship and dynamic evolution trend of the high-quality development of digital economy and manufacturing industry in the Yellow River Basin in 2011-2022, and reveals the main factors affecting the coupling and coordinated development by calculating the obstacle factors. The results show that: (1) The high-quality development level of digital economy and manufacturing industry in the Yellow River Basin shows an upward trend. Based on the natural breakpoint method and ArcGIS mapping, it is found that there are significant differences in the high-quality development level of digital economy and manufacturing industry in the provinces of the Yellow River Basin, and the spatial distribution is uneven. The high-level areas are concentrated in the lower reaches of the Yellow River Basin. (2) The degree of coupling and coordination between digital economy and high-quality development of manufacturing industry in the Yellow River Basin is generally on the rise, but the level is low, which has improved from intermediate imbalance to slight imbalance, among which the coupling and coordination of the middle and lower reaches of the region is relatively good. (3) Through the identification of obstacle factors, it is found that the upgrading of industrial structure, the number of RD personnel and software business income are the main secondary index obstacle factors, and the development of digital industry, industrial coordination and green development in the criteria layer have the greatest constraints on coordinated development. Therefore, promoting the digital transformation of manufacturing industry and accelerating the coordinated development of digital economy and manufacturing industry are of great significance to achieve economic growth in the Yellow River Basin.
