石羊河流域生态系统存在的问题及治理对策

Ecological Problem and its Rehabilitation Countermeasures in Shiyang River Basin

摘要: 随着人口的增长和社会经济的发展,流域水资源供需矛盾日益突出,水资源的不合理开发利用导致生态环境严重恶化。针对目前石羊河的生态现状,分析了流域生态系统存在的实际问题,提出以流域水资源总量16.85亿m3为基础,停止在中下游地区继续超采地下水,重新规划流域的水资源利用与平衡,达到全流域用水的基本平衡,从而保障流域经济社会和生态环境的协调可持续发展等一系列切实可行的治理对策,为流域生态环境退化的治理和恢复提供了理论依据。

Abstract: With the population increase and social-economics development, the contradiction between water supply and demand in Shiyang River Basin became very outstanding, and unreasonable exploitation and utilization of water resource caused the serious degradation of ecological environment. Based on the analysis of the present ecoligical situation and the ecological degradation problem in Shiyang River Basin, a series of feasible rehabilitation countermeasures are proposed. The article provides a theoretical basis for the control and recovery of the degradation of ecological environment of Shiyang River Basin.
