农业节水灌溉环境影响系统分析

Systematic Analysis on Environmental Effect of Water Saving Irrigation in Agriculture

摘要: 在分析节水灌溉实施区水资源利用现状的基础上, 选择34个因子建立环境指标体系, 用层次分析法(AHP)对节水灌溉项目实施前、后环境影响进行了综合分析与评价。结果表明: 项目实施后, 环境质量总体变化为正值, 有29个环境因子向有利方向发展(Pi>0)。环境变化显著度排序依次是自然生态、社会状况、环境质量、设施建设、农业生态、社会经济。

Abstract: According to analysis on the water resources utilization state of the special region where the Water-Saving Irrigation Project is being carried out, 34 factors are chosen into an environmental index system. The environmental effect before and after the completion of water saving irrigation project has been analyzed and evaluated by using AHP method. The results show that the 29 factors are changing to be better(Pi>0) and the total environmental quantity change is positive. The degree of environmental change after the project followed the order: natural ecology>social condition>environmental quality>infrastructure>eco-agricul-ture>economy.
