贫困脆弱性研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 传统的贫困研究侧重于贫困的定义、测量、根源、返贫策略等方面，随着“能力”、“风险”等概念在贫困研究领域的应用，贫困脆弱性以其前瞻性的视角成为目前贫困研究的热点之一，将未来的风险冲击和家庭应对风险冲击的能力等因素考虑在内预测未来的贫困，对提高减贫效率具有重大意义。国外主要针对贫困脆弱性的含义和测算方法开展理论研究，国内研究多借鉴国外的测度方法，以用相关调查数据进行实证检验为主。本文从贫困脆弱性的相关定义、主要研究内容、研究方法以及相关的实证研究等方面进行梳理和总结，在此基础上指出目前研究的特点和趋势，以期为后续的贫困脆弱性研究和前瞻性的反贫困政策的制定提供有益借鉴。

Abstract: Poverty in the traditional research focused on the definition, measurement, root, strategy, and so on. With the deep application of the concept of "ability" and "risk" in the field of poverty research, the vulnerability to poverty that takes the future shocks and ability to cope with risk into account can predict the future poverty and improve the efficiency of poverty reduction, which has become one of hot topics in the study of poverty. Foreign study of vulnerability to poverty is mainly aimed at the meaning and the measurement. Domestic literature combined with actual situation mostly draw lessons from foreign research to empirical test with the relevant survey data. Based on the research of many scholars, this article summarizes vulnerability to poverty and points out its characteristics and trends, from the related definitions, the main research contents and methods to related empirical studies at home and abroad, hoping to provide beneficial reference to the future vulnerability to poverty research and to prospective anti-poverty policy.
